Benefits Realisation Management

About Begin With Benefits
Hi there, my name is Megan Forster and I am an APMG certified Benefits Manager.
I am dedicated to demonstrating the strategic value that can be achieved by implementing new projects, whether that be in the traditional waterfall approach or agile methodology.
I have over 12 years experience working in complex digital projects which which gives me a unique ability to confidently and accurately evaluate how change can deliver benefits. Whether these be in terms of financial savings, workforce efficiency, community outcomes, patient safety, quality of care, clinician satisfaction or the sustainability of government services.
HOW I CAN HELP YOU

Key tasks can include:

Auditing and revising current benefits artefacts such as the Plan, Register, Profiles and Value Drivers.

Researching, benchmarking and summarising the benefits achieved by similar projects or organisations

Suggesting improvements and providing assurance about the quality of existing work

Writing the Benefits section of a Business Case or revising and improving the existing Case

Facilitating Benefits Workshops with key stakeholders to synthesise ideas

Preparing all required Benefits documentation including the Strategy, Plan, Framework and Register

Creating Benefits Dependency Networks/Maps to communicate the pathway to achieving benefits
